Who is Maktab built for?

Maktab is built for Islamic school administrators and the teams who support them, including weekend and supplementary schools. Tell us about your program and we'll talk through how it fits.

Will it be easy for our team to use?

We designed Maktab around the tasks school admins do every day: reviewing registrations, finding family records, and checking payments. Clear steps, visible statuses, and focused pages help staff find what they need.

Can parents register siblings together?

Yes. Parents can register multiple children in the same flow. Your school can configure sibling discounts, and families can review the fee breakdown before submitting.

Can families pay in installments?

Maktab supports school-configured tuition plans alongside other payment options. Available choices depend on the registration form and fee settings. Parents can view their plan and payment history.

What about cash, checks, or Zelle?

Your staff can record payments received outside the online checkout against the family record. This is manual recording, rather than an automatic Zelle or bank integration.

Does it help after registration season?

Yes. Maktab also brings together student records, classes, schedules, attendance, gradebooks, and report cards, with views for administrators, teachers, and parents.
